Cyanine5 azide labeling reagent forClick Chemistry, available as 10 mM solution in DMSO, and in solid form.This azide is soluble in organic solvents (e.g. DMSO, DMF), therefore the labeling reaction should be carried out with a small amount of an organic co-solvent. This azide can be used for the labeling of alkyne-modified biomolecules in mixtures of water with organic solvents. The solution in DMSO is ready for use in bioconjugation. Awater-soluble sulfonated versionof this reagent is also available.
