Iv0024 is a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to block interleukin-9 (IL-9), a cytokine produced by T helper 9 (Th9) cells that promotes mast cell growth, mucus production, and airway inflammation. By targeting IL-9, Iv0024 may help modulate immune responses in conditions such as asthma by reducing mast cell–mediated effects.
