Iv0025 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that noncompetitively antagonizes human IL-10 by blocking its interaction with IL-10R1. IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory cytokine that regulates immune responses and limits tissue damage during inflammation. By neutralizing IL-10, Iv0025 enhances immune activation and counteracts IL-10–mediated immunosuppression.
