H27K15 is a monoclonal antibody targeting human CSF-1R. It partially inhibits CSF-1R signaling, prevents monocyte differentiation into M2-polarized macrophages, and promotes dendritic cell development. H27K15 has been tested in preclinical cancer models, showing potential to modulate the tumor microenvironment and reduce treatment-related rebound effects.
