Tocilizumab (Actemra) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that is developed by Hoffmann–La Roche and Chugai for the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis, a severe form of arthritis in children.
