Iv0084 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that neutralizes C-C motif chemokine ligand 24 (CCL24). By targeting CCL24, Iv0084 attenuates inflammation and fibrosis, making it a valuable tool for studying CCL24-mediated pathways in diseases such as primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), systemic sclerosis, MASLD, and MASH.
