Iv0090 is a human IgG monoclonal antibody targeting CXCL12α, β, and γ. It blocks CXCL12 binding to CXCR4 and CXCR7 and inhibits CXCL12-driven cell migration in vitro. In vivo, Iv0090 significantly inhibits tumor growth and metastasis, reduces arthritis severity in mouse CIA models, and decreases laser-induced choroidal neovascularization by 50%.
