Iv0057 is a high-affinity monoclonal antibody targeting human Flt3 ligand (FLT3LG). Iv0057 effectively neutralizes cell-surface endogenous FLT3L on IL-7-stimulated primary CD4+ T cells in co-culture assays, preventing FLT3 downregulation at concentrations above 1 nM.
